The packaging for these spices is simply lovely and would make an excellent gift for anyone! I have used quite a bit of the toast sugar, some of the Pita Salt and a little of the Montreal Salt. The toast sugar has mostly been used in my coffee—not a lot but just enough to enhance the flavor. Delicious! The Pita Salt was sprinkled on wheat crackers and then baked in the oven for a cheese plate. I am looking forward to adding it to humus soon. The light sprinkling of Montreal on our steaks was enjoyed. I highly recommend!
