We love barbecue and have enjoyed amazing smoked meats across the United States. Portland Pork Rub is inspired by our favorite style, the sweet slow-cooked meats of Kansas City. We started with a healthy amount of brown sugar that is perfectly balanced by Pacific Northwest Sea Salt. Smokiness and a small amount of spice are added by Smoked Paprika while Granulated Onion and Granulated Garlic add depth to the overall flavor. We add small amounts of Black Pepper and Cayenne to finish. Portland Pork Rub enhances the natural flavor of the meat and will have you wishing for more perfectly seasoned bark on your smoked meats!
