The chiles (Guajillo, Ancho, Chimayo, Caribe) come very small local producers who rarely export them, grown in the states of Zacatecas, Durango, Puebla, and San Luis Potosí. 

The Guajillo base sets the foundation with subtle heat, bright acidity, and delicate tannic notes. Ancho builds on that foundation with rich, sweet, smoky depth, while Chimayo and Caribe chiles add layers of sweet earthiness and tangy complexity.

Mexican Oregano brings bold aromatic notes of citrus and earth, perfectly balanced by the warm, nutty character of Cumin. A touch of pineapple extract adds an unexpected pop of brightness, reminiscent of a fresh squeeze of lime, bringing the entire blend into balance.
